Award-Winning “Zero” Cookie Packaging – Violanta

ZERO as a Design Symbol of Indulgence.

Violanta launched its ZERO sugar-free biscuit line. The challenge for ABC Design Communication was to visualize the “absence” of sugar not as restriction, but as a celebration of conscious pleasure. The identity needed to build trust, stand out on the shelves, and express balance and modern well-being.

We turned ZERO into a design icon. The zero became more than a number — a symbol of visual harmony and control. The deep black background creates a bold contrast for the ZERO and 0%, emphasizing precision and elegance, while the minimal typography reflects balance and confidence.

The biscuit is depicted with rich, tactile texture, proving that sugar-free can be delicious. Bright color codes (red, blue, orange) define flavor variety, creating a powerful shelf impact and immediate recognition.

The ZERO line evolved into a statement of minimal sophistication, redefining indulgence through visual restraint. A design that celebrates purity, balance, and taste, without compromise.
