Frezyderm developed an insect-repellent lotion with natural essential oils and decided to redesign its packaging to strengthen its position in international markets and offer consumers a more complete experience. The challenge was to evolve the existing identity into something more contemporary, more functional, and more directly connected to the sense of protection the product provides.
Building on this foundation, we proposed a design that preserves the familiar CRILEN colour character but elevates it through a new chromatic structure and the introduction of embossed printing. This tactile detail subtly imitates the texture of skin that has reacted to insect bites, creating a sensory experience that engages the user even before the product is applied. It adds immediacy, instinctive connection to the product’s purpose, and a feeling of advanced care.
The result is packaging that enhances the presence of CRILEN, reinforces the brand’s quality cues, and gives the product stronger distinction and international momentum. The new identity positions CRILEN as a complete answer to insect-repellent protection, offering a renewed experience that blends effectiveness, reassurance and contemporary design.
